For your next special event you can reserve the Route 40 Argentinean Grille Truck. All we need is a place to park and we will bring the flavors of Argentina to you. Your guests can order off the regular menu or we can prepare a special menu that fits your needs.
The Asado
Our master of the grill, Felipe, will grill on site so your guests can enjoy the full experience of an Argentinean asado. Your guests will be delighted with the delicious aromas and flavors of the best selection of Argentinean cuts. This is the best “Chef’s Table” you will ever reserve.
The Asado menu includes your choice of three grill items, two salads, potato croquettes, fresh French bread, Chimichurri, and Patagonia Salsa.
